Access & Permissions Required

To utilize this function, users must have access to the 'Previewer Tools' user permission.

Alongside that, users must have the 'View' and 'Edit' permissions on the document they wish to add redactions to.

Instructions - Annotating a Document in Revver

With the previewer panel open, locate the drop down menu at the top, click it, and select the 'Annotate' option.

Note: If you would like to view the document in Full Screen mode, click on the expansion icon located here:

Step 4 - Choose what annotations to make

With the previewer now in annotate mode, you have a number of options available to you to use:

The full list of options includes:

  • Highlight

  • Rectangle - Allows you to draw boxes and rectangles within the document

  • Free Text

  • Free Hand Highlight
