This article provides step by step instructions for adding documents to Revver using a Watched Folder

A watched folder is used to automatically add files to the upload queue within Revver. In this article we will go over how to upload files using a watched folder. If you have not set up a watched folder yet, please see these articles on setting up watched folders:

Access/Permissions Requirements

To utilize this function users must use have the Revver desktop app installed, have write (upload) item permissions on the location they are trying to upload to, and have created a watch folder on their desktop.


Uploading Using the Watched Folder

1. Navigate To the Documents Menu

Log into the Revver desktop app and navigate to your documents menu:

2. Select a Revver Container

Select the drawer or folder where the document should be uploaded:

3. Place an Item In the Watched Folder and Upload

Select your document and drag or save it to the watched folder. From the Revver upload queue, click the upload icon to store the document:
