In this article we will cover how to save your searches for later use and how to share them with other user on your account.

To Search in Revver, you need a Full or Essential license, and the “Search” User Permission option (users can choose to select the “Documents Only” pre-set option or the “All Essentials Permissions” option to include the ability to Search among other capabilities).

Saved Searches is a feature that allows you to results, criteria, options and terms you search for so you can always pull the results up at a moments notice. Whether it's a basic search for a client name, or a search that is configured with multiple advanced search criteria, saved searches gives you the power to bring up the files you need, when you need them.

The first step is to configure a search, start by searching for something at the top of the Revver page. Or, if you need to configure an advanced search from the get-go, click on the magnifying glass or the option slider icon, in the search bar at the top to open up the advanced search page.

You can select options to the right of the search bar on the advanced search page so you can fine tune your search by name, profile, which user created it, etc.

For further refinement, click on 'Advanced Search' to the left of those check box options to open up the advanced search criteria, which will present you with some drop down menus you can further use to fine tune your search.

Once you've set up all of the options you want to use, now perform a search! The results will appear below, but notice that your search will now appear in the left hand panel labeled 'Recent'.

Clicking on the three-dot icon to the right of the search will allow you to save the search, which will then appear in the 'Saved' tab of that left hand panel.

To share the search, its results, and all of the configured options you chose, click on the 'Saved' tab on the left hand panel on the advanced search page. Any searches you have saved, past or present, will appear there.

You can share them with other users on your account by clicking on the three-dot icon to the right of the saved search and select 'Share'.

Clicking on it will bring up a 'Share Saved Search' window, which will generate a link for you to share with other users on your account.

The recipient of the link will paste it into their address bar of their desired Internet browser, they will be brought to the login page to log into Revver (if they are not logged in already), and brought to the Search page and will see a prompt to choose if they want to add or not add the saved search.
