Protect an item from being Moved
Protect an item from being Shared
It can do all of these for a specific timeframe, until a specific date, or an indefinite retention period.

How do I Create a Change Reason?
A "Change Reason" is for your records and audit trail. It can be used to show the reason that someone would need to change or remove a governance setting. Because Governance is a way to retain your documents, a change reason is ALWAYS required before you can alter a governance setting. If you don't have a change reason set up, you will not be able to edit any governance settings
in your All Features Menu, select Governance
In the 'Add New Change Reason:" text box, type your new change reason then click the "+" Symbol
