This article will explain the Detail Pane (right pane) and the different options this pane has. This pane menu will show different options depending on the item you have selected.

  1. Information: Basic information of the item, such as what user created the item and date created. Properties has more information such as: template applied, size of item, files in item, and will show what drawers and folders are inside the currently selected item.

  2. Profile: You can add a profile to the item selected.

  3. Comments: You can add a comment to the item selected.

  4. Permissions: You can see what users and groups have access and what permissions they have added to the item.

  5. Governance: You can set a governance of the item selected. You can protect an item from either being: deleted, edit, moved, shared or you have the option to lock files.

  6. Automation: You can set an automation to the item selected to either: apply a template automatically to new item added, get an email notification, get a notification, start a workflow, or API callouts.

  7. Automation (2): This goes along with automation and will tell if there was an automation applied.

  8. Automation (3): This also goes along with the automation and will tell if there was workflow automation that was applied.

  9. Audit Logs: Audit Logs provide a record of all activity carried out on the selected item.

Additional File option: only available when you have a file/document selected.

File Version: This will provide you with the different file versions. If a File was edit and save it will show the new file version as selected, but can revert back to the original file.
