Everything in Revver revolves around document-related work, and your day-to-day use of your documents. This is a small tour of the documents menu.

Folder View Pane:

The folder view pane is found in the left side of the screen and is used to show your current structure or collection of documents. You can use this pane to filter out folders based on a search term or folder/drawer name.

Document pane

The Document pane is found in the center of the screen, it has a few different options that allow you to select, view, filter, sort, and upload documents.

  • This shows the current folder or container.

  • The purple highlight shows the currently selected document.

  • These options allow you to change your document view from List view, thumbnail view, or Detail view.

  • This is the item-count indicator, it will show you how many items are in the selected container.

  • This dropdown menu allows you to sort by default, name of the document, type, size, date created or modified, or by the user that uploaded/created that item.

  • Center pane filter allows you to find documents by filtering out any unnecessary documents displayed in the center pane.

  • Share button:

  • Download button:

  • Context menu button

Details pane

The details pane is found on the right-side of the page. You can use this menu to see properties, Document Preview, Profiles, Comments, permissions, Governance, Automation, and Item logs.
