When managing your data you have a variety of options to choose from.

To manage your data select Documents from the left side navigation menu. Once you are looking at your documents right-click a document to see your data management options.

Document Data Management Options

Data management options from top to bottom:

  • Download - You can download the document.

  • Quick Link - You can create an internal link to the document.

  • Add To Collection - You can add the document to a collection of items (while keeping it in the same file structure).

  • Share - Pulls up the sharing menu.

  • Shareable Link - Pulls up the sharing menu to generate a link that directs to the item.

  • Check Out - Allows you to check out the document to make changes on your workstation.

  • Sign with eSignature - Allows you to sign your document with your eSignature client.

  • Create new eSignature Template - Allows you to make a template for eSignature,

  • Cut - Allows you to remove the item from the current location to be pasted elsewhere.

  • Copy - Allows you to select the item to be copied elsewhere.

  • Rename - Allows you to rename your document.

  • Delete - Allows you to delete your document.

  • Start Workflow - Allows you to choose the document to start a workflow.

  • Make Searchable (OCR) - Allows you to select the document for OCR to make the contents searchable.

  • Preview - Pulls up a preview of the document.

Folder Data Management Options

There are a few differences when viewing the data management options for folders:

  • New Folder - creates a new folder within the selected folder.

  • Search Here - Brings you to search results for that specific folder.

  • Upload - Allows you to upload to the selected folder.

  • Apply Template - Allows you to create file structure via folders or predefined documents through a template.

  • Request Signatures from a Template - Allows you to create a document from an eSignature template to request signatures.

  • Request Documents - Lets you create a new document request to have a some upload to the selected folder.

  • Properties - Pulls up the properties for that folder (See image below)
