Where to Find eSignature

  1. You can access your eSignature Menu by selecting the ‘menu expansion’ button in the left hand corner.

  1. Select the ‘eSignature’ button.

  1. In the ‘eSignature Menu’ you will see three options:
    Sent Transactions, Account Transactions, and Templates

‘Sent Transactions’ Tab

In the ‘Sent Transactions’ tab you can:

1. View, manage, edit, and refresh all Sent Transactions on your user account by hovering over the transaction.
2. See the time of the last update on your transactions.

3. View the description of your requests, and search for specific transactions.

4. View the status of your eSignature Transaction.

5. Create new transactions by selecting the ‘Select Document’ button.

‘Account Transactions’ Tab:

In the ‘Account Transactions’ tab you can:

1. View, manage, edit, and refresh all account transactions by hovering over the transaction.

2. View who submitted the transaction.

3. View the description of your requests, and search for specific transactions.

4. Have the ability to create new transaction by selecting the
‘Select Document’ button.

‘Templates’ Tab

In the ‘Templates’ tab you can:

1. View, manage, and edit all eSignature Templates by hovering over the template.

2. Search by Name or Created By.

3. Create a new Template by selecting the ‘Create New Template’ Button.

How to Create an eSignature Request:

Step 1. Select the ‘Submit Document’ button.

Step 2. Enter your Template Description, and select a pre-existing template if you would like to apply one.

Step 3. Add your Signer(s) by selecting the plus (+) icon.

Step 4. Select your Document set, and select the ‘Advanced’ button.

Step 5. In the ‘Advanced’ drop down:

  • Select the location you would like to store your signed documents.

  • Adjust whether or not you would like to prevent the documents from being edited or deleted.

Step 6. Select the ‘Submit’ button.

You will then be asked if all the details within your transaction are correct.
Verify, then click the ‘Continue’ button.

Now, you will need to place an eSignature box where you would like your document to be signed. After this is completed, hit Submit.
