In this article, we cover how to determine how much data is stored in your Revver account, and what permissions your user needs to be able to see that information.
Access & Permissions Required
To view your account data usage, your user needs access to the 'Account Settings' page. To access it, your user will need the 'System Settings' enabled feature.
Viewing Account Data Usage Information
To determine how much data you have stored within your Revver account, navigate to your 'Account Settings' page in Revver. This can be found by clicking on 'All Features' on the left hand side and clicking on 'Account Settings' under the 'Account' column.
On that page, your total data usage is displayed under the 'Account Details' section.
This amount is calculated based on:
The amount of data you have stored within Revver.
The amount of un-purged data within your accounts Recycle Bin.
Viewing Data Usage on Cabinets, Drawers, or Folders
If you would like to see how much data a particular container (folder, drawer, or cabinet), you can do so from your 'Documents' view.
Locate and click on the container you want to see the calculated file size for and click on the 'Details' tool in the Sidesheet.
This displays some basic information about the container or item you have selected. Files will display their file size on the details pane directly, but you can calculate the total file size of a container by clicking on the 'Caculate size and count' button underneath the containers displayed name.
After a moment (depending on the amount of files and data within the container), the total file and container count, as well as the total size of data within the container will appear.
