By utilizing the Comments feature in Revver, users can effortlessly add valuable context and information to their Cabinets, Drawers, Folders, or Documents. This functionality is particularly useful when collaborating on projects or sharing files with team members, as it allows for clear and concise communication without cluttering up the main body of the document. Additionally, Comments can also serve as a reminder or a to-do list, helping users to stay organized and on top of their tasks.
To add/view comments, please perform the following steps:
Select the item (cabinet, drawer, folder, file) that you would like to add a comment to and click the 'Comments' button on the right Details pane.
In the bottom of the Details pane, an empty text box will appear. Enter your comment in this box.
Select the 'Post' button (represented by a circle with an arrow pointing up) to post the comment on the selected item.

Comments, once posted, can be seen in the 'Comments' menu. Along with the text of the comment, you will be able to see the date/time the comment was added as well as the user who added the comment.
To edit a comment, you can perform the following steps:
Hover your mouse over an existing comment. You will see two icons appear; a Pencil (edit) and a Trash Can (delete). Click the Pencil Icon.
You can enter your edited comment in the space provided.
Click 'Save'.
