Revver’s structure allows your users to sort and store documents in a dynamic and easy-to-use format; utilizing our Container structure and hierarchy.

Just like in the real world, your documents are stored in Cabinets, drawers, folders, and subfolders.

Account Workspace

An Account workspace is indicated by a small office building icon and can contain:

  • Cabinets

Cabinets

A Cabinet is contained within the Account Workspace and is indicated by a small icon of a file cabinet. Cabinets contain:

  • Drawers

Drawers

A Drawer is a storage container that can be used to store your documents. A drawer is indicated by a small drawer icon. Drawers can contain:

  • Folders

  • Documents/Files

Folders

Folders allow you to break up your Drawer into smaller sections. The folder is indicated by two different icons, an empty folder or a full folder.
A folder can be housed in either a drawer, or act as a subfolder for another folder. Folders can contain:

  • Folders

  • Documents/Files
