As a guest user on a Revver account, you may have been asked to upload files to the people you are working with. If this is your first time using or logging in to Revver, this guide goes over the quickest ways to get those files uploaded.
Access & Permissions Required
Guest users only require a guest user license and a location to upload to and upload permissions.
If you are reading this as a Revver guest user, please note that permissions to upload files can only be granted to you by the person who created your guest user account, or an administrator on the account.
β
If you do not have the necessary permissions to upload files, please reach out to the account administrator of the Revver account you are attempting to upload to.
How to upload files as a guest user
Logging In
Uploading files to Revver requires that you are logged in to your guest user account. Head over to http://login.revverdocs.com and log in with your email username.
Navigation
Once you are logged in to Revver, navigate to the location you want to upload files to. This is done by first making sure you are on the 'Documents' view. To navigate there, click on the folder icon labeled 'Documents' on the left side of your screen.
To upload a file, you must be located inside of a folder or drawer. To open and navigate into a folder or drawer, double click on it.
Upload Method 1 - Drag & Drop
Once inside a folder, you can upload file by dragging a file from your computer into the Revver page open in your browser.
Upload Method 2 - Click to Upload
You also have the option of clicking on the option labeled "Drag or Click to Upload". This will open up a file explorer window you can use to select files from your computer to upload.
If the folder you are in is empty, it will be visible in the background. If the folder already has an item in it, it will be located at the bottom of the page.
