This article goes over the steps of removing single or multiple pages from a file in Revver and either creating a new file with the extracted pages, or delete them all together using the Preview feature.
Access & Permissions Required
In order for users to be able to use the preview feature, will need User Permission to the 'previewer tool' under Files & Structure
In addition to the above, the user will also need the "write' permission on the location the files is stored in order to make changes to it (edit).
Steps on how to extract pages from a file.
Step 1:
From the document structure, navigate to the file you would like to extract pages from. Click on the “eyeball” icon to preview the document, and select the “Page Manipulation” button on the upper left hand side of the previewer:
Step 2:
This will open up a panel on the left hand side of the document, with thumbnails of each page in the document. You will select the thumbnail of the page or pages you want to "Extract" from the document, then click on the three dots below the selected thumbnail. This will bring up a menu, and you will select "Extract" to extract the selected page/s from the document:
Step 3:
When you hit extract, a pop-up will appear, you will need to select one of the two options on the pop-up (Delete from original and create new file with extractions or Keep in original and create new file with extractions). You can also rename the file at that point.
