Checking the status of your eSignature transactions

In this article we will go over the steps of how to check eSignature statuses.


Access & Permissions Required

To access the eSignature page in Revver, your user will require the 'eSignature' feature.


Viewing eSignature Statuses

The eSignature page can be accessed by clicking on the eSignature option in the navigation bar on the left, or by locating it in the 'All Features' menu.

On this page you will be able to view sent transactions as well as their statuses on the far right of the transaction listing.


​Status Definitions

Below is a chart of possible eSignature transaction statuses and their definitions.

Status

Definition

Downloaded

The request has been completed and is now stored in Revver.

Complete

The signatures have been applied to the document, and are being returned to Revver.

Unsent

This is a saved request that has not yet been sent.

Sent

This is a sent request that has yet to be signed.

Created

This is a saved request that has completed the Document Preparation menu.

Error

This is a request that cannot be completed.

In Progress

This is a sent request that has not been downloaded and is yet to be signed.

Cancelled

This is a canceled request.

Expired

This is a document that has satisfied the Expiration requirements and will need to be resent.

Declined

This is a document which the signer(s) declined to answer.

Suspended

This is a document that is missing necessary fields and cannot be signed.
