The eSignature menu in Revver allows you to track the status of your sent transactions, manage your eSignature templates, and more. This article goes over how you can access it and the general purpose and function of each tab.
Access & Features Required
In order to access the eSignature page in Revver, your user must have the eSignature Management enabled feature.
Accessing eSignature
To access the eSignature page, click on the 'All Features' menu on the left hand side and select 'eSignature' from under the 'Work' column.
eSignature is also one of the default options found in the navigation bar on the left.
Sent Transactions
After selecting eSignature from the 'All Features' menu, you will be taken to the 'Sent Transactions' tab of the eSignature menu. This displays all eSignature transactions your Revver user has sent within the current month.
Using the filter options at the top, you can change the date range, search by the eSignature transactions description, or by its current status.
You may also create a new eSignature transaction from scratch by clicking on the 'Submit Document' button.
Account Transactions
The Account Transactions tab will display all eSignature transactions that have been sent by any user on the Revver account within the current month.
Similar to the 'Sent Transactions' tab, the filter options at the top of the page will allow you to narrow down the list however necessary.
Templates
The 'Templates' tab displays all currently existing eSignature templates on your account.
Each template can be viewed, edited, or deleted by hovering your mouse over the template in the list and clicking on the appropriate icon on the far right.
If your account has many templates, filtering and searching options are available near the top of the page, allowing you to view templates created by specific users or searching for them by name.
