Revver’s structure allows your users to sort and store documents in a dynamic and easy-to-use format.

Just like in the real world, your documents are stored in Cabinets, drawers, folders, and subfolders.

Account Workspace

An Account workspace is indicated by a building icon.

The account workspace represents your Revver account. Account workspaces can only contain Cabinets, and not any other file type.

Cabinets

Within your account workspace is where your cabinets are stored. Each cabinet is signified by a cabinet icon.

Containers can only contain drawers, and not any other file type.

Practical Tips for Organizing Cabinets

  • Use Cabinets for broad categories such as "Clients" or "Projects".

  • Maintain consistent naming conventions to ensure intuitive navigation.

  • Review and document the structure regularly to align with organizational needs.

Drawers

Containers created inside of a cabinet are called drawers and are signified by a drawer icon.

A drawer can contain the following item types:

  • Folders

  • Documents/Files

Folders

Inside of drawers, containers are called folders, they are signified by a folder icon.

Folders can contain the following item types:

  • Folders

  • Documents/Files
