How Do I Give a User Access to Revver Reports?

How to give permissions to employees who need access to Revver reports

In this article we will give you step by Step instructions on how to give your users access to Revver Reports.



Access/Permissions Requirements

In order to give a user permissions to Revver Reports you will need to have admin level access to the account:

Please note that only Full Users can access Revver Reports


Giving Access to Revver Reports

Access to Revver Reports is a system permission that is set at the user level. Access is granted by assigning either the 'Admin' system permission preset or a Custom permission set with 'Revver Reports' checked under 'Work Features'

1. Navigating to 'Users'

Select the all features button on the left hand side:

Under the People Section Select Users:

2. Select the Desired User

Select the user that needs access to Revver Reports:

3. Scroll Down to 'User Permissions'

Scroll Down to the User Permissions section and choose 'Custom' if you do not want this user to have access to all admin features. If you wish for this user to be another full admin select the 'Admin' Preset and you are done.

4. Assign the Permission

Under Work Features hit the arrow down on the right side to open up the work features menu. Ensure that Rubex Reports box is checked.

Once you have checked the Revver Reports box, Reports will be available in the main navigation for any user that has been granted access via user permissions:
