Changing the default search filters can enable you to customize your search options to suit your preferences such as: Name, Profile, Created by, Comments, Full Text, Path, and others available.

Access/Permissions Requirements

To Search in Revver, you need a Full or Essential license, and the “Search” User Permission option (users can choose to select the “Documents Only” pre-set option or the “All Essentials Permissions” option to include the ability to Search among other capabilities).

Changing Your Search Filters

1. Select the account menu on the top right corner and select 'My Settings'.

2. Under the 'User Settings' tab scroll to 'Default Search Settings' and edit as preferred.

Select the “Update” button (on the bottom-right corner of the page) save your change(s). For the most optimum search available, check only the box for “Name.”

3. Click 'update' to save changes
