How do I set up my company branding in Revver?
Revver includes the option for you to set up some personalized branding for your company. This is especially valuable if you share with guest users outside of your organization, such as your clients.
In the new Revver product experience we have a number of updated options for setting up your company branding and tailoring the experience for your guest users. Without setting up anything additional, we will automatically include your account name in emails that your guest users and other users receive, so that they know that they are interacting with your organization. Guest users will also automatically receive a welcome message when accessing Revver with your account name.
Additionally, you can set up more personalized account branding. After logging in to Revver simply select “All features” in the main navigation menu, then select “Account Settings” under the Account heading, and then select the “Branding” tab. Customize your account name
Customize the name that appears at the top right of Revver, in emails, and in the guest welcome message
Add a logo
Add a logo to be included in emails, as well as the Sign In page and the guest welcome message, if you desire
To add a logo, you can click "Upload Image" then click to upload or drag and drop your logo into the edit menu
**Please note** Maximum file size is 5MB
After you add your logo you will be able to re-size and preview the logo as it will appear to your Users and Guests.
Branded URL
Customize the Sign In page for your guest users, choosing a special URL for them to access your custom page from (e.g., accountname.revverdocs.com)
to customize your account sign in page and to include your company logo, you can select the checkbox under the Sign In Page message.
Customize the guest welcome message
Customize the guest welcome message with your logo, a custom message, or both.
Once you have made the changes you'd like, please click SAVE CHANGES
Please note: Guest users will continue to only access the old Revver product experience until sometime in January 2024, which does not include all of the above features (e.g., the guest welcome message). Sometime in January 2024 guest users will access the new Revver product experience instead and will benefit from all of the experiences outlined above (as well as a homepage and navigation experience tailored for them).
