In Revver you may find a need for a document to be filled out with information by multiple users, Form Fill offers a simple solution to making a PDF into a fillable form. The first step in creating a form fill document is to navigate in the 'Documents' tab to the PDF that you wish to turn into a form fill document. The second step is to open the preview window that can be found on the right hand side of the screen as annotated by an eyeball. Once the eyeball is selected your document will appear. The one we are using for our example is a W-9 from the IRS website.

The next step is to select the “Form Designer” button as seen in this image.

Once the Form Designer button is selected six new options will appear, Pan, Signature, Initials, Text Box, Date, and Checkbox.

Pan- Allows you to move around in your document.

Signature- Allows you to add a signature block into your document.

Text Box- Allows you to add a text box into your document.

Date- Will add a fillable date field.

Checkbox- will add a checkbox to the form.

Once you have finished making your fillable form you will want to select the “Save” button. This will save the changes that you have made, you also have the option to select the dropdown and save this Form Fill as a template for later use. You can find all of your saved Form Fill Templates in the “Forms” menu under All Features.
