The search function has several abilities, for example you can click a recent search. Search the full text of a document or even by a profile assigned to a file. To search under these credentials simply click on the square to check mark it. Also, see this attached file for tips on using this and other search features: Revver Search Tips.pdf

From this Menu you can also Click on a ‘Recent’ search, over on the top left and perform a search that way.

Another option is to click the ‘Missing Item Search’ Square to check mark it and search for a missing item with in a container (Drawer/Cabinet/Folder) OR a missing Template.

Once you click on ‘Template missing item search’ or ‘Container Missing item Searcher’ Another window will pop up.


Further navigate to the location or Template you are searching.
PLEASE NOTE: for further information hover your mouse over the ‘i’ icon.

To further refine follow these steps:
The first step in refining your Advance Search is to hit the toggle button next to ‘Advanced Search’

To Further refine your search hit the toggle downs under the Advanced Search criteria:

  • And

  • Type

  • Is

  • Account workspace
    Please note that each of these drop down for more specific searching.


Lastly: Hit the + button to add, then hit search.

Other features in the Advance Search Menu include:

Exporting the results & Clearing Recent Searches.
