Once a file has gone through our powerful OCR (Optical Character Recognition) engine all of your files will be searchable by the text in the document. For example the following document ”vegetable.txt” has the word “lettuce” inside of the document.

While you are working inside of Revver you may need to find detailed information that contains a specific word or phrase other than lettuce. We will be using this word as a case example for today but the example can be applied using any string of characters or digits.

In order to quickly and effectively find this document containing the word “Lettuce” we will first want to start a search for the word at the top of the screen as seen here from the home menu. Once your word is in the search bar you will simply want to hit the “Enter” key on your keyboard

You will then want to select 'Full Text' after which you will want to select 'Search' again.

Once the search results return to you, the column marked 'Go To' will give you a link to go to the items location inside of Revver. By clicking on the icon it will automatically take you to the item and display a preview of the item.
