Sometimes you may try to search for an item in your Revver account and get the message "No Search Results to Display" even though you are sure that the item exists. For example, in the image below I have a file named 'fruit.txt' but when I search "fruit" no results are returned and I see the message "No Search Results to Display."
When you run a search without getting any results and you are sure the item you are searching for should exist, the solution will be to change the search criteria that you are using. In the example above, I mistakenly was only searching for the term 'fruit' in the comments of the items rather than in the name/title.
Additionally, I could have found the ‘fruit.txt’ file by using the ‘Full Text’ criteria and searching for a term that exists inside the text of the file.
