Scheduling and Snaps are two features within Revver Reports, Scheduling gives you the power to automatically generate up to date reports and get them into the hands of those who need it. While Snaps allows you to save and store snapshots of your reports, making tracking shifts in your data over time easier than ever.
Snaps
Snaps allow you to save a snapshot of your data, as it exists in the moment, to your account so you can easily review it later.
Creating a Snap
Once you have created a report and saved it, the Snap options become visible at the top right of the report.
To create a Snap, simply click on 'Save Snap'.
Reviewing saved Snaps
Reviewing previously saved snaps can be done by clicking on the 'Snaps' button, which will show a drop-down list of snaps you have previously saved for this report.
Additional Tools
Past snaps are saved as PDFs within the Revver Reports system. When reviewing a past report, you can easily print, download, or annotate the snapshot using the tools found at the top right of the report.
If you would like to go back to your current report, click on 'Back to Report'.
Scheduling
Scheduling your reports can be done after it has been saved for the first time.
Accessing Scheduling
Accessing the scheduling feature is done from the left hand panel in Revver Reports. Hover your mouse over the report in the list and click on the calendar icon.
Configuring Report Scheduling
On the scheduling window, you have the option to fine tune how you want your report generated, when it is sent, and who it is sent to.
The 'Auto Snap' feature, when enabled, will automatically save a snapshot of the report to your Snaps list so you can review them within Revver Reports.
