The Revver Desktop App is available and supported on the following operating systems:

Access & Permissions Required
Any licensed user can utilize the Revver Desktop app. However, some features such as uploading, or editing documents through check-out/in, will require specific item permissions and enabled features.
Installing the Revver Desktop App
To download the Revver Desktop App, navigate to the downloads page on our website.
A link to the installer can also be found when logged in to Revver by clicking on the '?' icon at the top right of the Revver page.
Running the Installer
Modern browsers default to storing downloads in your Windows users 'Downloads' folder, which can be found using this file path: %UserProfile%\Downloads.

Additionally, most browsers (such as Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge) share the same keyboard shortcut to open your Downloads menu. Press Ctrl+J to open up downloads list in your browser.
Locate and run the Revver Desktop App installer and follow the prompts to complete the install. By default, the Revver Desktop App installs to the following location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Revver\Revver Desktop Application.
Once the installation is complete, the Revver Desktop App should open automatically, allowing you to login and access Revver.
What Are the Benefits of Using the Revver Desktop App?
The Revver Desktop App offers the same experience as accessing Revver through your browser, but comes with some additional features to streamline your work.
Additional Upload Options - The Revver Desktop app comes with the Watched Folder feature built in, allowing you to designate a folder on your computer that will automatically pull files into your Revver Desktop Application for uploading.
Add-on Support - The Revver Desktop app offers a suite of add-ons, including:
The Revver Scanner App
The Revver Printer
Microsoft Office Plugins
Automatic Check In - When editing files you have checked out from Revver, saving and closing your work will result in the Revver Desktop App automatically checking the file back in.
Check-Out to Desktop App - Utilizing both the Revver Desktop App and Web versions, you can check out a file using the web version and it will check-out to your Desktop App instead, allowing you to utilize the automatic check-in feature.
Drag and Drop - The desktop app allows you to drag a copy of a file out of Revver to your local machine. It also allows you to drag files in for upload from locations in windows.
