Revver Workflow is a powerful automation tool for your document-related work. One of the most important aspects of any automation, is the ability to view current jobs and instances to ensure everything is being completed in a timely manner.

In Revver an administrator has access to current workflows, instances, a live dashboard and history.

To view these options please complete the following:

  1. Log in to Revver.

  2. In the Navigation Menu, select 'Workflow'.

Workflows

The Workflows tab allows you to Create, import, sort, and edit your current workflows. Please refer to our Workflow creation guides for more information about creating workflows.

You can also quickly reference the Workflows tab for how many active instances exist for each workflow.

To see those instances, click the ‘Instances’ tab

Instances

The instances tab show current workflows and allows you to filter by Workflow Status or assignee.

The Stage column is a useful tool for seeing the current progress of a specific workflow.

To see an overview of workflow, our Dashboard has many important features.

Dashboard

The workflow dashboard allows you to see a complete report of current workflows, their status, total instances, and time spent in completing those tasks. You can filter by several date ranges in the “daily completion” section using the dropdown menu.

The dashboard is also dynamic, if you click on a specific workflow in the 'Workflows' section you can open a detailed view of your current workflow statistics on your most important work.

If you click on a workflow you will see additional data related just to that workflow.

History

If you need to find records of workflows, when they were completed, or by whom; the History tab provides a table that can be filtered by date range, operation, workflow, or user/assignee.
