The Revver File Processing queue is a tool that is used to show you what files are currently awaiting processing within your account and preparing items to be indexed.
To access your File Processing queue, access your left side navigation menu and open the "All Features" menu. In this menu navigate to your Documents tab and select "File Processing Queue".
You should be taken into the File Processing Queue page.
This page features a search bar to locate files by name to determine if they are in the processing queue or an item's current indexing status.
A filter application button for sorting items by date to determine the files in this queue based on the date of upload, or the first date of processing.
Only files that are processing or have failed to process will appear in this queue any items that have completed the processing will need to be searched for in the documents view of the account.
Below that there is a "File Credential Filter" this shows more information about each file within the queue, the following terms are listed below to clarify their meaning.
Name: The name of the document including file extension type.
Status: This lists the file's current step in the process and will show if the file has failed to properly index or process the file in question.
Try Count Remaining: every file submitted into this queue automatically has 3 tries in it's try count, if all 3 attempts end unsuccessfully this means that it has Failed. you can use this status to determine if the file is still in the processing queue or has dropped out of it.
Queue Date: This simply lists when the item began its processing or re-processing.
Error Message: This will list any issues encountered with files that have failed to index/process this is a good bit of data to provide if you need to contact support.
