This article will provide you with the steps on how to check user sessions, see who is currently logged in, and how to end a user session (Force Log out).
How do I check user sessions? From the navigation menu, select the 'All Features' menu. Under 'People', select 'Users'.
Select the 'User Sessions' tab.
You will see a list of users that are currently logged in.
User: User currently logged in.
IP Address: IP Address used.
Application: If logged in using desktop or website.
How do I end a user session (Force Log out)?
Check the box next to the user name and select 'End User Session'.
