Audit Logs & User Sessions - Tracking User Logins

Using the audit logs in Revver to determine when users are logging in.

Access & Permissions Required

To access the User sessions, you will need to have enabled "Session Management" & for Audit logs, you will need to permission "Audit Log Management" enabled under 'Account Management


Accessing User Sessions

As an administrator in Revver, can you determine which users are logged in to Revver from the 'User Sessions' page.

Log in to Revver, from the menu panel, select 'All Features' and select 'Users'.

Select 'User Sessions', this will display a table of every user currently logged in, how they are logged in, and their IP address.


Accessing & Filtering Audit Logs

If you need to determine when user have logged in previously, use the 'Audit Logs'.

In the navigation menu, select 'All features' then select 'Audit logs'.

Select the filters drop-down.

Select 'ACTION' Select 'LOGIN'

Then apply your filter. You will now be able to see who, where, and when someone is logging in. For example:
