User Management - Applying or Removing User Licenses

Updating or removing license assignments to your users in Revver.

User licenses can be changed in Revver according to your needs, at any time. With Revvers comprehensive user management tools, access and license control are easier than ever.


Access & Permissions Required

To manage user licenses across your Revver account, your user will require the 'User Management' enabled feature.


Managing User Licenses

User licenses are managed from the users list in Revver, start by navigating to your users page from the 'All Features' menu on the left hand side of your screen.

Select a User

From your users list, click on the user you would like to manage the license for.

Applying a User License

If the users current license is 'Unassigned', they have no user license whatsoever and cannot access Revver.

To apply a user license, scroll down to the 'User Type' section and choose which license type to provide them from your list of available licenses. Each license type listed will show the amount of available licenses you have available for each.

Once you have select a user type, locate and click on the 'Update' button at the bottom of the page.

Changing or Removing a User License

Conversely, if the user you are managing already has a license, you can remove their license by changing their user type to 'Unassigned'.

Changing a users license to another type of available license is performed the same way, simply choose a different license type from the list of available licenses.
