While resetting your password the button that states “Create new Password” may not be functioning correctly. If that is the case you can then use the code that is listed below by clicking on “ Trouble with the password reset email?”

This will open up a window where you can enter your Password Reset Code that you received in the password reset email

After which you are able to reset your password as normal.
