'All Roles Restricted due to Security Policies or lack of available licenses.'
Overview
The 'All Roles Are Currently Restricted' error in Revver generally occurs due to either:
Security policy restrictions.
A lack of available licenses.
Account termination for non-renewal. Below, we explain steps to diagnose and resolve this issue depending on the cause.
The message indicates that your user license is either un-assigned or the account subscription has expired. Additionally security policies imposed by your organization can also be a cause of role restrictions. If your account is renewed and the license is active, you should proceed to technical troubleshooting steps. For accounts terminated due to non-renewal, intervention by contacting your Customer Success Manager is necessary.
If your account is expired, you will need to renew your subscription, for assistance renewing please email [email protected]
If your administrator has changed your license from Full, Essentials, or Guest to "unassigned" and they will need to re-assign your license.
