Revver allows you to integrate your documents using a Salesforce mapping into a Salesforce app window. This will allow you to seamlessly access your Revver Documents inside of your CRM platform.

To access the Salesforce integration, select the ‘All Features’ pop out menu in the Navigation menu, then select Salesforce mapping.

Salesforce Integration

Create a mapping directly into your salesforce object (account, contact, etc.)

Glossary of terms:

  • Salesforce Object Name: Specific type of record in Salesforce you want to map to Revver Accounts, contacts, or opportunities are all examples of Salesforce Objects.

  • Salesforce Field Name: The specific name of the field in Salesforce that you want to map to Revver.

  • One-to-one Mapping: A single folder for each record - EXAMPLE: A Client folder used by the whole organization.

  • One-to-many Mapping: A different folder for each record depending on the user group - EXAMPLE: Each user group has it’s own client folder.

  • Mapped location: The location inside of Revver that you would like to map to those objects in Salesforce.

  • User Grant Access type: This option allows you to automatically grant user access permissions when someone views the mapped object within the Salesforce integration.
