How Do I Create Profile Items?

While using Revver you may find at times you would like to apply data to your location, document, or user without altering the original. In order to do so Revver offers the option of applying profiles to the item, before applying a profile you will first want to decide which profile Items you would like to include. This FAQ will describe how to create a profile Item.

First, you will need to select 'All Features' and then select 'Profiles'.

You will then want to select 'Profile Items' as seen below.

From the Profile Items screen you will select 'Create Profile Item'.

In this example we will be creating a profile item for email. Allowing email addresses to be assigned to locations and recorded for future usage. In the 'Name' field you will type what you want your profile to be called, I named this one 'Email' to keep it simple. Then using the drop down I have selected email as the type, however you may want a different type depending on the profile item you are designing. You can also add a default value if the profile information will be common in many locations. Once complete select the 'Add' button.
