Take a look at our article 'User License Types' if you are unsure which license is best for your users.

Note: In order to manage and assign User Licenses, you need to have full admin permissions.

Step 1: Select the Menu Expansion button in the left-hand corner to view your left-side Navigation Menu.

Step 2: Select the 'All Features' button to open up your All Features pop-out menu.

Step 3: Select the 'Users' button.

Step 4: This is the 'Users' page. Here, you can choose to:

Manage pre-existing Users and their licensing
Create a new user and assign licensing.
​Note: If you do not have available licensing to assign to your user, you will need to contact your Revver CSM.

Step 5: Select the User whose licensing you would like to manage or change.

Step 6: Select the License you would like to assign to the selected user.

Note: The numbers in parentheses near the license type show you how many licenses are available and how many licenses are currently being used.
Example: (7/10) - 7 = the number of licenses currently being used. 10 = the number of licenses available for use.

Step 7: Select the 'Update' button at the bottom of the page to save the changes.
